New Programs and Workshops

Premiere Dance has expanded its performing arts program and will now offer Highland Dance and Drama.   Drama classes include:

GIRLS DRAMA CLASS (Ages 6 to 12)

BOYS DRAMA CLASS (Ages 6 to 14)

PRO DRAMA CLASS (Ages 12 and up)

HOLLYWOOD TECHNIQUE (Ages 6 and up)

STAGE COMBAT (Ages 8 and up)

ADULT HIP HOP

COUPLES BALLROOM DANCE INSTRUCTION

ROYAL CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC SPEECH AND DRAMA CLASSES (Open to all ages)

Summer Boot Camp Workout 2010
Summer program commencing July 26th
no equipment necessary - supplied by
Fitness Company.

50 minute classes include:
maximum core training
cardio , strengthening , stretch
weights , resistance bands , balls

Great way to sculp, tone, re-shape your body! Includes a weigh in class at the beginning of each session and a final weigh in at the end of your
6 weeks (12 classes).

6-week Session starting July 26th:
Monday morning 7:15 am
Wednesday morning 7:15 am

Maximum 12 people per class
$165 for 6 weeks = 12 classes
